I have had the perfect Independence Day!

Ham and egggs and biscuits with homemade apple butter for breakfast.
Great worship service that tied the Revolution to Acts 27.
    Chili dogs for lunch.
Napped all afternoon while 'America the Story of Us' was on TV.
Homemade hamburgers and fries for supper.
A short stroll, a visit with a neighbor, and a little RoundUp distribution in the cool of the evening.
And, when I came back in, Brenda had banana nut bread muffins made with real bananas, apple sauce, and extra cinammon!

    God bless you and America!

Did my post sound creepy? Sure, it was about food, but it was all American, down home food served in a wholesome, normal way. I napped alone, and I didn't dream about my ex-codriver.

Why would you say that sammmy?

Went to the LEwisville Fireworks last night. Cooked up 4 racks of ribs and had some friends and family over. It was a good time.
