Timing Light

Can anyone recommend a good timing light for me?

I want something reliable but also don't want to spend $100.

This will just be used on the rare occasion to bump my timing or check timing on other cars as needed.

can you rent one from autozone? if not I think they have one for like 25

You can buy a basic one from Sears for about $30.

Bought one at PepBoys for $49.99, seems to work fine.
