That is one noisy M3! Have you ever run it CCW? The last turn before the front straight is a wild one as the wall comes up in a hurry, out the passenger window........

About as loud as a SM.
Yes, CCW is a blast. Last year NASA ran it CCW and you're right the wall really makes you think hard about your exit speed.

Thanks for posting that. I still don't understand Sugar & Spice, maybe my broken swaybar was a part of that but I'm still at a loss. The SM and AI guys take a dramatically different line, both feel slow to me. I suppose I need to get crazier on the trail braking.

Why are you braking in #6? That's a no-lift corner for me...which I'm sad to admit.

You're driving the everliving shit out of that car, I'm impressed.

BTW, you never thanked me for the ho-ho's.

    Thanks for the Ho Hos.

I brake in #6 because I don't want to die. No way my car would hold 120mph - 130 mph in that turn with our down force.

    What's sugar & spice?

Yes Time Trial wins Hoosiers. You need to try it.

No. I could gain points by going to 255s from 275s. On the Hoosier website it list the 275 as 10.9 and the 255 as 10.8. Thinking about getting a set. But I would spend the points on a header and catless for about 30hp/20tq more.

I'm at 120mph through there. I don't have to lift but I'm scared so I can't go "no-lift" every lap.

    The first corners going CW.

I can spend $600 and have rubber that lasts all year with NT-01, $900 for Hoosiers which last 4-days is way out of my price range. I realize the playing field will never be level until I do that, but I might eventually beat some of these guys on better tires with more work. I'm solely focusing on driving this year, and judging from that video if I can get my head out, I have a chance.
