Dear Neighbor,

If you will consult your HomeOwner's Assoc. booklet, you will clearly see that this is an one
miata neighborhood. I sincerely hope this blue miata in your driveway is not a new addition to
your car lot. You would be in gross violation of our rules and fines would be assessed appropriately.
We just can't have too many of those cars around gaying up the neighborhood. It's nothing personal
and I hope you understand.

I may be wrong, but it sounds to me like a "joke note" from a "car guy" neighbor wanting to play with someone he preceives as another car guy. Not meant to be taken seriously or anything...

^I agree. has to be a joke. Nobody in a respectable neighborhood is that much of a douche(I could be wrong). Maybe his kids would be but I doubt they know what an HOA is. Pretty ballsy either way, very easy to be taken as literal/offensive. Personally I think it's pretty funny myself.

We've met, never hung out really, but YES, it was totally a joke and imaginative, I thought. Made me laugh.

And it's not my blue miata either, Stevan and I met James to check this car out and he bought the car but
didn't have a way to get it home.
