    Default Chevy's Miata fighter?

I spotted this on a used car lot in Tioga.

Did you get any details on it? I did a little internet searching on shortened 1956 Chevy but couldn't find anything on it.

We were there Wednesday. Semi-retired lot owner, Jerry, said he had just got the car on Monday. Has 350 ci small block with turbo 350 transmission. Oklahoma tag. He is asking $14,500. We did not drive it.

PS: It started out as a four door.

Looks like a modified Nash Metropolitan to me.

Definitely has all the correct F&R body parts for 56, rear window, etc. Door looks like a R door from a 56, since it has the crease at the bottom of the window where the trim line starts. I'm guessing this is just a major chop job. I suppose they could've used a Nash frame as the starting point.

Except that Nash Metropolitans are uni-body.

It's interesting for sure. Surprised it has a 350.
