Default Introductory course at MSR with the Brazos River Corvette Club Sat. May 5th

Cost is $125. This is about half what it usually costs to run the 1.7 and is geared to beginner's and first timers. This is a great way to get some track experience without spending alot. Convertibles are welcome too. Details here.

This is not for you track junkie. You need to come out to an ECR day or Apex event.
    M3 is always the answer.

LOL once a year doesn't qualify me as a track junkie but I do need to come chase you at ECR sometime.

That is where you are wrong. One time a year qualifies you for uber track junkie status.

But I thought this only applied if you owned a Miata and tracked it in Oklahoma once a year??

True, I am starting to think autocross is an inferior form of driving event.

Traitor in our midst. Next thing you know he will trade in the Elise on a Miata or hair dresser's car (S2k).

A junkie doesn't always get his fix. Sure better going once a year and have more seat time than a years worth of cone-dodging.
    ...and across the line.

Already been there, done that (both cars). I think I'll get something that comes with a gold chain instead.

You should try cone-dodging a bit more often. It might make you less accident prone.

C'mon Cosmo, there is bound to be something else you can add to the Elise to make it un-catchable! Turbo+S/C=double fast??

@BR - between the ProSolo (12+ 45-sec runs) and the ER event (eight 95-sec runs)the weekend before, I think you'd have gotten all the seat time you could stand. $125

Was a good experience with a lot of time on track. Well over an hour on track with 40 minutes of "open" track time. My last session included just three cars, it was like having the whole track to myself.
