    Default Recognizing our peers

Perhaps I'm just old and forgetful, but it sure is frustrating to see folks you THINK you recognize from autocrosses, but just aren't sure. While standing on the viewing stand at TMS today, there was a young couple, tall slender, blonde female wearing jeans, and a young guy also wearing jeans, (hell, they are all young to me these days) whom I thought were folks from this list that I had seen at Mineral Wells. I meant to speak to them and ask, but they both left the viewing stand before I had an opportunity. Anyone know who I'm talking about? If it WAS someone on this list, I apoligize for not recognizing you and remembering who you were.

I was standing on that platform with OzCop at another point when his jaw dropped and he started staring off. Then he said, "I get in trouble everywhere I go." I looked over my shoulder and saw what he meant.

I, on the other hand, spoke to several people because I thought I knew them, and they all looked at me like they wanted to run! Hang in there OzCop, we dirty old men have to stick together.

What time did you make it up there, onething? lugnutjon and I went up there on Saturday just in time to completely miss the Spec Miata races.

We ran into Ozcop and General Default, hung around to watch the IT & SRX7 race, then took off.

Ok, I assume you missed the solo folks preparing and serving the solo dogs, huh? Damn, that was a lot of dogs! Being the official onion slicer guy, prior to duty in the serving line, I STILL can't get the onion odor off my hands, even after several washings with the organge stuff... YUK!
