Default Where is the lug wrench on a 02 Miata LS ??

Silly question but the buyer of the wife's Miata can't find the lug wrench and is beating me up with emails.

We never used it and do not know where it's located either.

Can anyone tell me where it's located?

    Thanks
    Jim H.

It's usually in the spare-tire 'well' under the trunk carpeting. (On my '99 at least)

I'm with SAMMM, mine is also in the spare tire "well" of my car.

In my '01 it is in a grey bag with the lugnut lock attached to the outside.

What is she replacing it with?
I still have this vision of her carrying all that new computer equipment home in the Miata.

Sold it last Saturday. 4 cars 2 drivers and we're recent empty nesters.

She has her eye on that "funny looking Japanese car with the retractable hardtop". I told her to shaddup and drive the Neon.

I've passed on your info to the new owner. We'll see if he can find it from there.

    Sorry for the silly question.

    Thanks for your help.
