I was helping my parents pack for their upcoming move, and moving some of the furniture they no longer want into our house. The better half said if I wanted to race tomorrow I had to work today, and since I have other commitments next weekend and I'll be out of town for the SCCA/S2k double header, I want to play tomorrow.

You don't want to know. Your name was drawn for the chrome top latches, but another name was drawn since you weren't there.

^^Wait, let me guess...& I won the shirt right

Great job to everyone that helped with the event, sorry I wasnt able to make it to Chubbs. TC, my car looks pretty good! Photoshop may be required for the FUBAR'd paint on that fender, but oh well.

Once again, thanks, I had a great time!

If horse racing isn't your thing TC, plant your corn early is another good tip. The photos were excellent - good job TC

This was a fantastic GTG. Big thanks to Rudedog and Tailchaser for making this happen. mrsthang even said she had a good time  and picked up a brochure for her brother-in-law! I learned a lot and finally put some faces with people I've only met online before.

Who says this is just a AX forum?

    Default Thanks for coming out

First, thanks to all for attending our museum tour and photo op yesterday. I was concerned that not many might show up but you blew me away by the show of support.
I thank you and the museum thanks you. Come on back out whenever you can and for a real treat purchase one of those Sterman rides. Think a open cockpit Miata at a few thousand feet!
Next, congratulations to Riverracer for winning the P-51 T-shirt and Littleredwagon and winning the chrome latches.
Again, thanks to all and we'll do it again.

Looks like everyone had a great time! Sorry I couldn't make it after all... no sleep the night before, First Saturday sale ran long, and had to help my brother pick up an outboard motor on the Northwest side of Ft. Worth. I was beat...

On the plus side, I sold most of the crap out of the trailer, enough to clean up & consolidate what was left and now I can wash/wax and sell the trailer
