Thank god it's not a typical PCA course. Now if we can just get the rain to hold out...

Just wanted to show folks how good we have it here in DFW for autox, so here are a few examples of what others get to run:

How does it work if it starts raining in the middle of runs? Is there any kind of handicap assessed for people who did have to drive after/durring the rain?

This is only my second event so pardon the dumb question, if it is one. A google search didn't come up with anything other than "its a rain or shine sport"

Nope. Luck of the draw. People have won National Championships because of this.

50-70% chance for rain on Sunday, depending on where you look. Someone do their anti-rain dance!

Just a warning to those of you attending this event, 183 and the service roads are under construct in this area and a total f'n mess. The manhole covers on the service roads are literally sticking out a few inches higher than the road surface, just ready to tear up the bottom of any car w/ limited ground clearance.
I know it's white, but here comes the hot sauce, 964 C2

Thanks for the heads up! There shouldn't be too many people to avoid out there at 7am on a Sunday morning in that area.

Also, the exit for Central Dr. is a LOT sooner than you think it should be. It would probably be smarter to get off at Murphy (from the east) or Bedford (from the west) and take the frontage road.

Well, looks like I'm out on this one. Last minute trip to Austin on Sunday instead.
