She was very fast, and came within about 1 second (on a 90+ second course) of her sponsor!
. . . and after the SCCA school and her performance the next day, she was told to start driving her own car to the AX incase she needed a ride home and to start saving up to help buy the next set of tires

My own codriver might want to take note of all this

Yep, yet again this year I managed to place poorly in class, then out-PAX the rest of the class in the money runs. I guess POS is rubbing off on me, as I'm starting to go faster with the Rs on the car as well.

My hat is off to Kestrel - we've had plenty of close events over the last couple of seasons, and he got the better of me yesterday in the regular runs by about 3 hundredths of a second.

Ok, I'll stop whining....fun couse anyway...
You ain't kiddin'... lugnutjon finished out of the money for the first time this year, and General Default and I both got bumped back to the low teens. Still, we'll show those pesky power cars a thing or two at the next event at Pennington.

    Interesting reading...

Looking at sammm's times, I think altiain wins the instruction overload award...

Thanks again, general, for helping me remember what to get my head around. I had a great day.

Ya selling that slow red one?

I can feel your pain after reviewing the results for my class...... Making me start to rethink the “everybody gets a trophy deal”. I think I like it now!

You're just lucky that CSP PAX is hanging around my neck to give you the chance to beat me.

Your just lucky I've got a beat up NA with stock springs, stock sways and skinny tires.

I've probably got 80 WHP like POS.

Yup, looking at the PAX results, definitely a hp, or hp/wt course. To win PAX, I would have had to go 2.1 seconds faster, times in the mid 91 second range....not without another 25/30 hp!
Ok, no more whining, I promise...

The next ER event is at Pennington Field. We'll see what happens on a more "technical" course...

    Pictures are up!

Be sure to give Dennis R (he drives the red Mustang in DP) a pat on the back. He (1) takes all these pictures, and (2) puts them up on a website all without being paid one red cent! Of course, you can help him by purchasing one of his pictures...
