Default SCCA class letters for Novice class?

When entering an SCCA event in a Novice class, does an 'N' need to be added to the other class letters? For example, in C Street, would you display NCS or CSN on the car door after your numbers?

Yes, I have magnetic numbers already. I just need to buy an N to go along with the CS I already have. Don't like tape.
