    Default Tein s-tech springs

Are these a good product to match with the KYB-AGX's? I am looking at becoming a permanent TCB member and need to save where possible. I can get them for 127 on sale today.

The Tein-S, since you're not racing, may be fine for you... but generally, they're too soft of a spring.

Try FM, Eibach, Racing Beats... stiffer springs that fit the Miata better (IMNHO)!

What springs does Tailchaser have on his car? I know he has the AGX's!

I've driven and it is Sweet!

And it looks good also, no 4X4 look!

FM springs. Same thing that TurboDuane and Majik have, iirc.

I am trying to save a little so I can justify the purchase with the boss. However I don't wanna sacrifice the ride necessarily. The other springs mentioned are alright for my the daily driver and if so, will I notice a marked difference in the drive?

I believe that with the Teins you'll be riding the bumpstops more than you'd really want to.

I have the FM / AGX combo also...love it. For the past 2 weeks I have had my autocross tires (15x7) on there with the AGXs on 7 all the way around, to keep my rear tires from rubbing on bad bumps. The ride dosent bother me much at all, only on bad roads. If I set it on 5 its fine, firm, but not bad at all. My rear tires are rubbing due to the offset of the wheels, the stocks are fine. I have yet to even hit the bumpstops.

I got the springs used, AGX's(new) on Ebay, & reused 2 of my old bumbstops...did the whole thing for all for ~ $500.
