The big tack is pretty sweet, and using a small digital speedo was a nice way of giving it a "race" look (big tach, no speedo) while still giving you what you need for the street.

Yeah, and I'd be willing to bet having that small digital speedo well above the "normal" dashboard is Honda's way of making it act as a "TCB" Head Up Display. Your eye doesn't have to drop so far to see your speed. I agree that it might get annoying, but it's an interesting concept. And as they left the most important gauge alone -- actually making it the "center of attention" on the dashboard, just like Porsche does -- I think I'd be OK with the design.
