Default will spyder mr2 wheels fit 92 miata?

Kid next door pulls up in his new to him 2002 Toyota Spyder MR2. I hate him. But he wants to replace the 15 inch 5 spoke chrome wheels, which look great: anyone know if they would fit the Miata???

Those Spyder's are pretty cool, but NO trunk. I like my shifter better than the Toyota...

They appear to be 4-100 +40, so I'd say yes. The center bore, however, may be an issue.

They should fit (I know some Spyder autoxers use '99+ 15" Miata wheels as cheap, lightweight, Stock legal front wheels), but don't forget that the wheel sizes on a Spyder are staggered - the rears are wider than the fronts.

Iain, if they are staggered, how are our non staggered wheels stock legal? The only thing you can change wheel wise is offset right?

What part of "stock legal front wheels" were you missing?
