Cool Plugs, Wires, and cool weather change

I've 47K on my 99 and I don't think the plugs or wires have been changed yet. (I bought it in March with 37K). In 55-60 degree weather my mileage increases from 30MPG to well over that.......I also loose the problem of the idle dropping back to around 600 and coming up around 900 when I stop.
    What's the recommendations?
    Thanks, David

Lots of things cause the idle droop... The board suggests checking/lubing/replacing the dashpot as one possible source...

Since I can't find the Pot on my Dash I guess I'll need to get a book!
It's funny though, the idle doesn't drop when the temperature is around 60-65 degrees.......

    Thanks, David
