Too bad it's illegal to booby trap a car, house or business to deter thieves in this country.

Is it technically a booby trap if it is not triggered automatically? Texas has concealed carry laws for people wanting to carry a gun, how is this any different? It is effectively a purpose built defense weapon as I read it.

Not that I am buying one, but it is interesting.
