Default What's everyone doing for New Years Eve

    Like the title says.
I have got my band together in time to play a gig New Years Eve so I will be having a great time, I was just curious what everyone else will be doing this year.
(not intended for any type of personal gain).....just curious what other folks are planning to do to celebrate.

also what mods do you guys have planed for this coming year?

Merry Christmas to everyone and a Happy New Year!

I work that night. Should be a great night, we are already taking reservations and getting full. Good news is we close at 10, so we should all get out before the ball drops. I bet the staff heads to a nearby bar for a drink. I am going to try and steal some new years kisses...

I'm going to try to survive Christmas first, retail sucks. Ill probably close New Year's.

Moving to my new apartment which is cheaper than the joint I'm living at with a better maintenance crew and administrative team. Oi... it's gonna be a pain in the bum. Hopefully my TV will actually have reception, unlike in the current "pee-pee soaked heck hole" that I currently reside at.

After moving and arranging my stuff, I'll probably kick back, have a beer or some alcoholic drink, invite friends and just recant over a year that has sucked for the most part to hope for a better new year ahead.

Once again, it is time for onething to leave and turn things over to a younger one...

I'll be making a surprise trip to visit Dad - he just had surgery last week to fuse some vertebrae in his neck, the result of getting in a rear end collision. He was stopped and the other car was doing about 50.

Probably hanging out at home with my wife and a bottle of champagne.

I'm with onething. After a misspent youth (which included one New Year's of toasting the car next to us on 183 at the stroke of midnight... only to realize the car next to us was a cop), I like my New Year's Eve as far away from the drunken revelers as possible.

If anyone is looking for something family friendly to do, my parents used to take me and my brother bowling. The bowling alley near us did their "cosmic" bowl. They turn on the black lights and different stuff. It was always fun and safe. If not come eat with me, it is only 69.95 each!!!

    Congrats!

Just remember there are three stages of sex in marriage:

    1. Tri-weekly
    2. Try weekly
    3. Try weakly
