    Default The boss wants to help buy me a Hybrid

    Bank of America Announces Pilot Program to Reimburse Associates $3,000 for Purchase of Hybrid Vehicle

    Ok.. so the boss, and the feds each are offering me $3k to help out on the purchase... Now if we can only get the State, City, County, and School District to help out a little too, I might buy one!

    The program will be available to more than 21,000 associates living within 90 miles of Boston, Charlotte, and Los Angeles.

    Reimbursement pilots usually go national or get dumped pretty quickly. They don't want employees un-happy about certain areas getting preferential treatment.

    Remember that Toyota's federal tax credits for the Prius just ran out. We'll see how well they sell absent federal subsidization.



    That Civic Hybrid wouldn't make a bad commuter mobile if you got it with the XM radio.
