    Default Doctor's report

    I went to see a psychiatrist yesterday. I listed all the things that were wrong with my life - no job, no money and no love life. After listening to my story, the psychiatrist said: "I think your problem is low self-esteem. It's common among losers like you."

    Should I get a second opinion?

    True story -

    A coworker was in the hospital for his annual evaluation because he'd been injured on the job several years earlier and was paralyzed from his chest down. Part of the process involved a visit from a shrink who asked him how things were going. JD listed all the important events from the last 12 months:

    Wife diagnosed with MS
    #1 step son has disappeared after his 18th birthday swearing to find and kill his biological father
    #2 step son just wrecked the truck

    The shrink looked at him and said, "You are an amazing man. I would have killed myself by now!"

    I went to a psychiatrist a few weeks ago and he told me I was crazy. I said "What? I want a second opinion".

    He said "Okay, you're ugly too."

    The doctor did give me some pills. But, after taking them, I walked like a crab. He said that was just a side effect.
    On the track, I am fearless.
