If it isn't the wiring, I would think it would have to be a bad sensor. Why did you replace it? Where you getting the same CEL with the old one?
CEL came on the other day so I just looked it up and it's:
15 Oxygen sensor (output too low)
What would cause this? I just replaced the O2 sensor 2/3 weeks ago when I put the rebuilt motor back in. Just the regular Bosch O2 sensor, I've used before. I checked the wire yesterday but I'll double check it in the morning when there's light.

I get the same CEL code...however, mine is sporadic.

Don't look...there's nothing down here for you!
Okay, I was not getting the code with the old one, which was over around 2 yrs old. With more light, before the monsoon hit, I was able to find that one of the mounting tabs on my FM coil bracket broke and the wire rubbed against it cutting it! Always something stupid like this seems to happen as soon as I fix another thing! Oh well, wire is an easy fix and FM will probably send another bracket. They're usually pretty good with service.
