    Default free: box of cable

    Free: 1 box (spool) of Category 3 cabling. This is 4 twisted pair wire (8 wires total) great for running phone cables. (I wired my house for phones with this cable and with Cat 5 for data)

    Not sure how much is in the box but it's still fairly heavy. I'd venture a guess that it's at least 1/2 full.
