Sorry Wes. I didn't mean it to sound like you would pass his car no matter what. I meant that since you have access to a state inspection machine, you tested your car at operating temperature and it passed. I can't remember if your car has a high flow cat or a test pipe, though.Plus, I figured you still had a stock cat laying around that you might be able to loan him.

My car has a straight through high flow cat tested cold. I started it up and pulled into the inspection bay.
