Sorry guys... it just really kind of surprised me to hear that he was getting rid of it, and I was curios as to the root reason. It seems that a lot of the avid Autocrossers (Hal, Mick, Iain, etc) pull trailers to events, and it sounded to an outsider like it was a near necessity to someone serious about it. I still have this fantasy (yeah, I know) that someday the gods will stop raining on my autocross parade, and as my daughter gets older I might actually have the time to get rained out more than once a month. I had stuck in my head that I would need to start thinking about getting a trailer if that day ever came.
OK, I'll bite as well...
Why ya selling the trailer? Thinking of giving up autocrossing and taking up needle point instead? Are you some kind of?

Only if you are going to change tires at the track, will you need a trailer to pull behind your Miata.Sooooo then when you get to the point where you want to run different wheels/tires on auto-x days, you must decide weather or not you feel comfortable driving to the event on your auto-x tires? Should I assume this decision might have something to do with the tire class TC runs? I thought I remembered Iain saying something about not drive to events on R-compounds. Does TC not run R-compounds, or is he just more of a risk taker?
If you must ask... The fuse is running short, and I'm going to have to buy my wife a truck before I can have any more toys. With that in mind, the next time I go to an autocross with tires I can't drive on the street, they're going to be on the car before it leaves the house. For the moment, i want that 12 sq ft of floor space back in my garage. Happy?OK, I'll bite as well...
