    Default Koni Rebuilding

The Koni's under the POSIII are coming out from under the car this winter, couple of them are seeping oil at the adjusters. So I'd like to send them off to verify they are good to go for '08.

So anyone have any recommendations on a place to do the Rebuild / Refurb on these shocks??

    TIA

On the off chance that they might be able to help you. You might want to see what the Vorshlag guys can do for you. I was talking to Terry a few weeks ago and they were planning on buying a fancy shock dyno and are very capable of shock rebuilds/revalves. They would just need to get some parts from Koni.

I've always used the shop at Koni-NA for such things. The shop manager's a bit gruff of voice but a very nice guy...when you can catch him.

Check out Terry Fair first but for another opinion/quote, call Koni in KY.

PM me and I'll give you contact info for the rebuilder specialist guy (Lee Grimes) who has treated me like a king for 10+ years, including this year at Topeka.

They are THE experts for whatever you wish to accomplish and have reasonable prices (not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for) and great customer service.
