Yep, I booked at the Royal Inn a few days after this posting.
I'm 100% sure I'm going to Pearsall and to Houston, and about 90% sure about Baton Rouge. I'll be staying 2 nights for each event (Friday, Saturday, drive home after the Sunday heats).
Anyone looking for a roomie to share hotel expenses?
