    $18K is a bit low looking at cars.com and autotrader. Plus if I sold the MINI I would want to sell (3) sets of wheels and Koni DAs with it.

    19,001. These things hold resale value so well that there's almost no point buying used.

    Dan's car is way overpriced, the way he has it configured it's around 24K. For 2K more I'd rather get a 1 year newer car with 0 miles instead of 14,000 and also 1 extra year of free scheduled maint. If it was around 18-19 we'd consider it.

    Good luck with that. I hate buying new cars. Too big of a hit. I tired to find a used Mini. Maybe the Unicorn will sell you his Mini for 18K.

    But you are right and it is what I did. For 2K more get a new one.
