    I wish...

Probably a cash Passat wagon or a MK4 Golf.

I am driving about 50 miles a day now on 183 and need something a little more comfortable.

    LOL

I am just trying to recoup the money that the State of Texas stole from me with their valuation when I paid taxes.

The S2000 is actually pretty easy to live with but it does not have an airbag cutoff and my dog rides everyday in my car to the dog park.

    Also insurance is high.

The 2006+ models do.... but I'm guessing you would want an earlier one...

Yeah I cant believe they never put a cutoff switch from the factory on the earlier cars.

Anyway last night I drove a 2003 Passat and it was vault like quiet... the 1.8T and 5spd was very nice.

After having only driven a Miata and PT Cruiser in the last 12 months it felt like a M3... nice and tourquey.

Does not handle as well as the Miata though!

Also at the dealer they had a 4 Door GTI Package 0 (plaid cloth seats - no sunroof) with heated seats. It was tempting... must fight the urge!

My buddy just got a Jetta with the li'l turbo motor and a (gasp) automatic... I daresay that it's a blast to drive - that motor is a hunny in that smaller chassis.

Besides, those plaid seats are the bomb...

    GTI!

Yeah the 2.0T is quite a nice powerplant.

I wish the NC Miata would get something similar!

Have a little bit of interest in my car so far... we will see if she goes.
