Did POS and Sammm just pointy over in the classifieds? No offence, but I thought we tried to de-emphasize rules over here? If I am off base, feel free to smack me around!

We're welcome to de-emphasize rules, but if eBay ads keep showing up, there will be no more Classifieds...

I don't think we moderators are being "pointy" when we ask people not to cross-post their eBay auctions in the MME Classifieds section. If you want to list/post an item for sale to your MME buddies, that's great. But cross-posting an eBay auction here is just an attempt to drive traffic on your eBay auction... and that's not the purpose of our Classified section.

This is not to say you can't use both sales media (our Classifieds and eBay) to sell your items, but MME has not been created, and is not being maintained, for "blanket advertising coverage". Sorry if you feel that's being... Pointy.
