    Default WHAT A FRIEND!!!

We all know that POS is a good and generous guy, but I gotta brag on him a bit.

Mrs. Thing and I are prepping the house we bought; fixing it up a bit before move-in. POS, with family in tow, has shown up several times to offer help and moral support. Monday, being a holiday, they dropped in for a visit. We talked about the lighting I planned to install, and he says, "So you want some help with those tomorrow after work. Sparky?"

I'd been dreading pulling wire through the attic near the eaves single-handed so I said, "Sure!"

POS shows up around 5:00, does over half the work, doesn't eat all the pizza, and stays until all 6 lights are working - around midnight! On a school night!

Between the vaulted ceiling, two feet of insulation, limited work area, and TB-causing dust in that 40 year old attic, I had trouble finding the flashlight beam shining up through the holes in the ceiling. I would have never made it without his help.

How do you repay that kind of friendship? Bragging about it is all I can do. Until Mrs. POS is ready for that new floor.

    THANKS POS

I've only meet a few people in this world that would help in the way that he did, without payment of some sort. Other than beer
Hmm what is decent? Are we talking about your decent or my decent? I'm just curious because I don't want to offend anyone else's decent...

I didn't have any and he didn't ask for any.

    Good job, POS!

I guess he really isn't as bad as his wife makes him out to be. :P

I guess not or this subject might read,

Hey POS, I need some work done around the house and your price seems to be on par for what a CB would pay. :P

    Kudos to POS
