Looked like fun, was tempted to go but with rain Fri night and the long drive to MW I skipped, maybe next time. Was the surface still as clean as the tour or has it reverted back to the usual MW gravel?

Yep, that's a Modifry shift beeper. 3 beeps leading up to redline, you can set how far apart they are. I like it a lot.
The surface looked pretty good when we were walking except for that bad strip of pavement, but it graveled up quickly and you had to drive on the "preferred line".
