Thread: Will adding a spoiler change me from stock class?

    Right. Stock class is only for people with race tires and $4K - $9K in shocks.
    M3 is always the answer.

    I read the rules for stock. It's clear that I cannot add a rear spoiler unless is was available for that model year. This is a 90 model, so no rear spoiler option.

    I think what I'll do is install it as planned, and remove it for racing if I have to. It's only three bolts, hopefully the added holes in the trunk (without a spoiler) wouldn't be considered a performance adding modification...lol. Or would they?

    No one is going to care about a spoiler locally. So don't worry about it.
