i live in a apartment complex on the 7th floor....Sheeet man
My wife wanted this one a couple years ago. Now she wants something smaller. Women.
This TV is big. Well, not like big like your parent's CRT TV that they won't get rid of, but I mean the screen is huge :)
It's on it's second bulb and the picture is still sharp. Sharper than it came from the factory actually since I took apart the light box and cleaned the funk off the lenses (a common issue in the Mitsu DLPs). This has a 6 color wheel so the colors are better than the older DLPs.
It has two HDMI inputs, 1DVI input, cable card inputs (if you can even get TW or Verizon to give you a cable card), component, etc. It has a QAM as well as OTA HD tuners. Remote works fine and really hasn't been used (since I use a harmony for everything).
The TV is in Frisco and I'll help you load it up (tape up cardboard to the front, etc. to protect the screen), but I have no way to deliver it (it definitely won't fit in the Miata).
I'll rent a truck from Lowes on your dime if you won't or can't and drive it over. If you live upstairs, you're on your own :)

7th floor? There's not enough beer :) I lived on the third floor and had a huge CRT TV (easily 400# since it took 4 to lift it easily) and after the experience of moving it in, then out, then into a 2nd story apartment, then back out I said never it again!
I already have a 73" version of this TV.. Mitsu Diamond series.
These are great TVs, especially with the DLP. No color decay and we've only had to change the bulb once.
