Hey all, Getting ready for the first show with the M since purchase in Dec 09.
Hope to do well! Have a friend entering a 93 blk/tan M edition in really nice shape.

The show is oct 24th in orlando. Hopefully can post some photos of the event.

Should be a bunch of cool cars to look at ....

Are you in Orlando area? If so, are you going to the Martin SCC 50th reunion autocross on the 31st?

I'll be there in a BMW or a Porsche
2009 MX-5 STR and track toy
    2003 Z06 -- Not a Miata, but 3200# and 400 RWHP is fun
    OTM -- 2012 Sierra, 2016 Impala (Appliances)

    Hey simon,

For now yes I'm sticking with the miata. May end up getting a new model like an 06 to 08.
Not sure yet, I need to take the time to actually drive the cars and measure between.
The mini coopers don't look as hot on the outside as a miata but they have one hell of an interior package. Downside - price is high. Upside -retail on 3 to 4 year old ones is still very good. so they hold there value well.

Now a nice under 50K 06 or under 35K 08 with a soft top ,correct color, white of coarse,
and decent machanically and I'd go miata. So I'm still on the fence.

Will keep you posted on the outcome of the show.

No I will not be going ! This show is on the 24th and is at the bahia shriners temple
on pembrooke drive in orlando. All cars not just miatas!
autocross would be cool but our M needs a bunch more upgrades to be worthy on
the track. She shows nice. But still suffers from aging parts not yet replaced.
Much of it suspension. I'm working on it a little at a time. Only had it since dec 09.
    Got about $2k in it.
