Funny, but it looks staged to me.... She raises her left leg in a really weird way to clear the wall that isn't part of a normal walking movement... Only proves it is possible to safely text and drive and all those car accidents must be staged.

It may even be safe to drive and work on your laptop at the same time with the Wheelmate Laptop Steering Wheel Desk... http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00...J3SBVB5HTFNWRJ

Channel 8 news at noon said that she is contacting a lawyer and is going to sue. I don't know who or why.

I love the first Amazon quote:

My copilot and I both used these during our "daily grind" transcontinental flights from San Diego to Minneapolis. We had to modify them a bit to fit snug against the instrument panels (when we bought them we didn't realize the planes we fly don't have steering wheels!), but in the end it did the job. With our laptops firmly in place we were able to focus our attention on what really mattered, participating in raids with our WoW clan. During our last flight we were so immersed in trying to take down Eranikus that we overshot Minneapolis by a full hour and a half before some annoying flight attendant interrupted us, babbling something about "FAA and F16 fighters."

We'll definitely use this product again at our next gig, whatever and whenever that happens to be...

    Highly recommended!

What kind of a dumbass falls into a mall fountain because she's not paying any attention, gets out because she's FINE, then decides to sue when the inevitable video of her dumbassery hits YouTube?

Oh yeah... THIS LADY ---> LINK TO IDIOCRACY

    1. She's an idiot.

    2. She's too sensitive

    3. She needs to grow a pair and laugh it off.

What makes her heart-wrenching interview even funnier comes at the 3:00 minute mark - where she admits it was funny, but nobody took her feelings into consideration. And just when she starts to choke up, they show her tumble into the fountain for the umpteenth time as the dudes taking the video cackle and snicker.

...and the lawyer wants to know why it happened? How it happened? Well, that seems pretty clear-cut to me... his dumbass client can't stop dicking with her phone long enough to walk through a mall without going ass over tea kettle into a friggin' fountain.
