Default Air fuel ratio gauge and fuel pressure regulator

I just got an Auto Meter AFR gauge and a BGM fuel pressure regulator for free. What can I do with it? I've heard tweaking an FPR on a stock 1.6 will give 2-3 HP.

Nope. Not going to help you unless you are adding a turbo.

Well I was reading up and saw that Spec Miata guys add these for a small increase in power.

Lose 15 lbs. It will have the same effect as the FPR.

Is it a wideband or narrowband gauge? Do you have a wideband controller?

I'll take the fuel pressure regulator off your hands. How does a 6-pack of Shiner sound?
