  1. #1

Default powdercoating source for engine parts?

Does anyone know a GOOD reasonably priced local powdercoating source for high temp engine parts?
    Thanks!

In case you are wondering I am looking into geting some of the Harley's engine parts powdercoated to match the rest of the bike.

http://torksperformance.com/ This guy just powdercoated some stock rx8 wheels for me and did a pretty damn good job. He mainly does motorcycle stuff. He did free pick up/delivery for me in Waco, and he works somewhere around Dallas so maybe he can do the same for you?

Oh and for April he has $15 off per wheel. So that's $220 + tax for 4 wheels. Maybe you can convince him miata wheels are almost the size of motorcycle wheels and get a little more of a discount lol. He is a really cool guy and if you email him a few pictures of what you want done, he can give you a quote. Also he sandblasted mine and it still came out at his website price.

No problemo. I was just glad to get a powdercoater around Waco, so when he turned out to be a car/motorcycle guy AND nice AND good prices it was epic win imo.
