could be tie rods, could also be play in the steering rack. Are you sure the steering column is securely attached to the steering rack? follow everything from the firewall down to locate the source of play.
The car has a manual steering rack.... I can move the steering wheel back and forth a ton before the car reacts or turns... That's the tie rods correct? Also does anyone have a driver side mirror laying around I could have or purchase for el cheapo
