This was one of the easier instructing gigs I've done. Not as exciting as some others, but better money and not much work at all. Also, they don't run quite as many folks through, so the pace is not crushing. Very simple course designed to let them hang the car out a little without having to have any real handling skill. Good fun factor, very low hazard level, not too many things to keep track of, and only one car at time on track, so no issues relating to spacing/impedes.

He is coming back in March for the weekend of 3/7-3/9. I think he will be in a Six Flags parking lot. Same weekend as NTAXS event, so I am a no-go. Shoot him an email if interested. I had no problems working with their group.
I got offered the gig through another channel, but was hesitant not knowing anything about the company. Did he hire you as a contractor, employ you and withhold taxes, or pay cash?
They are mailing a check. I do not know if they will withhold taxes or not.

i'd do it on Saturday cause its 3 mins away, but I have no experience with autox, just on how to not crash your own car being young and dumb.
No offense, but I don't think you're a good candidate unless you have track instructing experience. Hit some TTs or HPDE.

And can tell a most strangers tactfully to speed it up, the car can take it, but to slow the hell down to the one in a hundred that thinks he can drive like Earnhart.
