Default 13x7 wheel source for a TCB?

Just an idea for next season, maybe...

But just out of curiosity, where does one find those little 13x7 rims?

Diamond Racing Wheels. Heavy, but dirt cheap. Won't fit the '94+ brakes, but ought ot work on the BUR.

^ I love those diamone racing wheels, & I would buy some if I was sure they would fit my brakes. Do you think if I brought over some beer or something we could test fit one om my car sometime, maybee on a tech day or something?? I have been looking for someone local that I could test that with.

Well, yes and no... You're more than welcome to come over and do a comparision sometime, but teh 7 has a 4x114.3 bolt pattern, so you won't really be able to "test fit" them...

    FWIW, Mine are 13x8 w/ a 4" backspace.

Somebody needs to check out Circle Racing Wheels. A guy on the pointy board supposedly had a set if 13" x 8(?) that fit OK on his '99. Circle has painted steel, chromed steel and aluminum ($$) wheels in 1" width increments.

Also, the Lenso VPD is a good choice (13 x 7.5) Honduh guys use these for drag wheels and you can find them on ebay. They are very lightweight and new cost about $250/pair. Some say they are too delicate for the street, though.

What's left of a '96 Miata with stock clutch.
My car exceeds my driving ability. That's the only possible explanation.

Henry runs 13x8 Circle racing wheels on his 1st gen Rx7 (black SM2 car out at SCCA events)
