Default What class would I be in?

I was thinking of joining you guys at an autocross or 2 sometime soon, change it up from just track days only. I'm curious what class my car would go in. I have a 90 with a 97 motor/FM springs & shock hats/AGX shocks/stb/front sway bar.

And what do I need to do to get into this? Done plenty of track events but never done autocross.

I think you'd be in TCSP. (Street Tire - C Stock - Prepared)

Is the motor still normally aspirated and internally stock? If so, sounds like a CSP (C Street Prepared) car. Novice (NCSP) or Tire class (TCSP) would probably be a good place to start in, as we've (finally! ) got a couple of fast local CSP Miatas around here.

That said, the only place you have to worry about classing is at an SCCA or Equipe Rapide event. If you're just looking for some fun and a little more bang for your buck, come on out to one of the local S2k, BMWCCA, or PCA autocrosses, as they offer more runs, less people, and no classing issues.

Yeah, the motor is all stock. I have an almost new set of Azenis on the stock wheels so those are still street tire class right? just wondering

cool, I'll have to join yah next event. I believe there's one this weekend but too busy.
