I have been to Denton once with the Miata. No issues with the battery. Bad driver maybe, but nothing with the battery. Sorry I can make it, I have to work.

Thanks for stopping by the house on the way out. Even the mighty bean couldn't get the hose all the way up the barb, but he got it about centimeter more than me and I appreciate it. The car is back together and making a visit to Trackdogracing in the morning.

That was a mighty tight fitting too... a royal pain in the neck! But I'm glad the damned thing is on now.

Ok... my scanner doesn't seem to like the yellow paper much, but here is my best (9.69) against TailChaser... It wasn't his best, as I think he pulled a 10.2 on a later run.

Lets see... TC and Ccage joined Bean and I for the caravan. We stopped off at Sharpie's to say hi and then went on to the drag strip where we met blackzx3_13 and driftdevil. We all agreed that it was a great time and was definitely worth doing again.

I had my camera but it never left my trunk... I don't think I saw TC with his either.

As Bean alluded to, the only rule that we missed (and so did the web designer) was the need for a helmet if you run with the top down. Most of us just put our tops up, but this was not in the cards for Bean. He ended up using a loaner from a regular.
