Actually if your in a cubicle like me & dont want to look like an idiot standing out in the hallway squinting, I found that blurring your eyes a little bit gives the same effect.

Funny... my wife was wondering why I was pacing back and forth from my laptop.
I've got a wall right behind me (protection, ya know!). I would have to turn my monitor around and go the other direction. It's just not worth it....sigh :)
