    Haha, dosent surprise me coming from the civic crowd. Ive heard similar stories before. At least he wasnt driving an SRT4, he might have accidently slipped into a different dimention with the power coming out of those cars

    What - when you put a bunch of neon lights, LEDs, and seat covers from VatoZone on your car you don't refer to it as "heavily modified"?
