There has been analysis of this movie LINK to prove its reality. If it wasn't real footage, I'm not sure how Lelouch could be arrested for the footage.

There were a couple times you could see 2 headlight reflecting on walls or glass. Also the other cars blinkers looked normal speed, not super fast. There was a bird in one shot that looked faster than normal, though. I believe it.
Unforutunately, the site that's hosting the video must be on my company's EVIL PORNO list, because I'm blocked from seeing it. I guess it will have to wait until I get home....
