    Hey would the Mazdaspeed springs drop the car a touch more than the OEMs??

    +1. Not only will the ride and handling work out better with matched springs and shocks, but it takes a lot less time to install a set of coilovers than it does to swap springs, since you don't have to disassemble and assemble the OEM spring/shock combo.

    I had my Tein HAs on the car for close to a year, and a sold them for $75 less than I paid for them.

    I like everything about about that plan except for the price: $1,329.00. Vivid's car is an everyday driver, and has been all but retired from AX and track day duties. May just get it a set of rims and tires and call it good for now and start saving my pennies for some belt driven boost.

    When will you people listen to me!!! You should be able to get some TEIN Basics for less than $700 be it from Gary or Eddie.

    Sell the Bilsteins, I'm sure somebody will want them, they're good shocks.

    No the '05 MS springs were as high as other OEM springs.

    If you want to go the CB way. I'd use the Bilsteins you've got and get the S TECH springs. Makes for a real nice setup and lowers the car about perfect for under 200 bucks and a couple hours of labor.
