Mrs. Cone-cerned got called for jury duty on Monday. Our trip to Atlanta is on hold, so I will be there.

If you were as slow as me, you wouldn't be afraid either.

Can you guys check for my Pro Solo trophy. I don't make a lot of SCCA stuff. Thanks in advance and see you at the S2K event.

Why do you need another set of wheels? When I run T class those are my street tires. Hell I usually dont even change the pressure.

That's what I was thinking, I went a couple seasons before I ever got a second set of rims....

Heck last year I drove the Yellow car on Hankook RS2s at two MSR track days and 5 or 6 S2K autocrosses and never switched tires. And the lovely Vivid drove it to work Monday thru Friday, we did a couple MME drives, and she drove it to Houston!

Not to join the crew of ragging on you ...but man , come on! You have your own Miata now. Drive it as is! Learn your car. One event is not going to kill your street tires.
    No more Miata

I'm going to run my car on sunday. The tires it has now have a treadwear of 500 so, more fun for me. I just got home and saw POS"s post about his tires, and I was about to make a WTB post about some.

Well I don't have to work until 4 tomorrow, so I think I can get the oil changed and the new plug wires put on. I still need brake pads and fluid, as well as some spark plugs. One auto-x shouldn't kill it with the old stuff on it. Oh yea, I need to remove the barbed wire liscense plate frames too! (for weight savings).
