Thread: K&N Intake Gift Certificate for sale

Default K&N Intake Gift Certificate for sale

I won a $250 gift certificate for a K&N intake system of my choice this weekend at Hallett. (Doesn't have to be for a Miata.) Well...I don't need one for my '94 and they don't make an application for the '04 MSM.

So, if anyone wants to make a reasonable offer for the certificate, let me know. Otherwise I'll either put it on eBay or buy a K&N intake system for the TSX.

I say mod the TSX. That K24 could use a little power boost.

LOL... if no one bites on the GC I will do that. But I'd rather spend the money on the Miata.

I just thought that all of your Honda/Acura boys might be interested ...

The K&N intake kits are SRI's for the RSX, pretty much crap. If they made a CAI, I would scoop that up from you

Short Ram Intake... it puts the filter near(er) the firewall in the RSX. Right next to the toasty header. The CAI's (cold air intake) put the filter down near the bumper.

Looks like the TSX K&N kit is a true CAI (their CCA label is equivalent to CAI).

How about their cheesy one for the Miata that has a tube running from near the air filter to under the front bumper/air dam?

Although I wasn't really impressed with their rating of + 5 HP. I would just end up getting a drop in for the TSX. It's cheaper, easier to install, and propbably yeilds the same HP increase.
