    Default Proud Parents sorta

    Hello all,
We are Charles and Betty. Most folks just call us Charles and Betty :) , but I go by Doc a proud nickname bestowed upon me as a medic in Viet Nam or you can just drop the s and add an ie and make me Charlie.
The wife goes by lady or Slotwoman [ she loves the slots in shrevport]
We purchased us a 96 Miata a couple of weeks ago after coming here and doing some reading. On the way home it overheated and blew the head gasket which was a set back for us.
After talking with Lauren and and then calling Steven Boyd our thoughts changed and were glad we had made the purchase .
So being new to the Miata world thought we would give you that background
Our hobbies are bass fishing and slot machines .I enjoy playing the online casinos on the net you do not have to worry about someone getting your machine and yes there are some great sites that you can trust
We have a small lot down on Lake Fork right on the water with a little trailer on it . We spend a lot of our weekends there
We have raised 4 boys and now have grandkids that make us want to pull our hauir out sometimes but do enjoy them
Hope to get to meet a lot of you as we get more into what goes on and all
Well if you have read thios far then you can see I am a talker but do shut up so others can talk
Thanks for reading and will answer anyquestions you may have as long as it is not about your car

Welcome on board. I'd also like to thank you for serving.

Hope the damage isn't too bad with the head gasket.

No Prob, doc. There's a little button at the top right of your post that will allow you to edit it at any time.

Welcome to the forum, and watch out for 3Bean on that date!

Welcome number 100! Thanks for the quick introduction... now come out to an autocross sometime soon, and meet us all. Especially Treibenschnell -- or 3-Bean as he's affectionately called 'round here -- since I think he owes you a date...

Are you serious? When? I think I'm available this Sunday afternoon if you're serious about getting the boyz together at Frisco H ters. Maybe we could meet at around 1:00pm to watch the roundy-rounders of Nascar do their thing...

Don't they have a two beer as the catch for the free beer giveaway?

I wouldn’t mind headed up to Collin County but I need to get my passport renewed first!

Yea two beer max, it might be BYOB also though. If it hasn't changed, then they only have MGD and Coors Light I think.
