    What the heck did they use in the tailpipe to make the whistle noise? Look to me like a bunch of marker caps with the ends cut off!

    It's not a kazoo... they're novelty siren whistles. You can buy a ton here if you'd like.

    The paper reed in a kazoo would be quickly torn apart.

    same thing just different shape, anything that makes a sound when you blow into it you can use for a joke exhaust but most tape melts after about a 1min of running and the toys will melt soon after. high heat tape will leave goo on your exhaust most of the time.

    Oh.... so THAT'S where "Da whistles go WOOO WOOO" came from!! I would NOT do that though.

    I just couldn't see you picking on a security guard though, unless it was me of course
